Animation Shop is used to creating GIF Animations. If you are looking to make Flash animations instead, get Flash MX. Animation Shop allows you to import and position images onto a timeline, and will allow to export that sequence as a GIF animation. You can edit META data, control the speed of the animation and optimize your GIF for colour and filesize.
